The turnout at our “Uskrzydlić orła” (“Give the Eagle Its Wings”) conference surpassed our expectations!

You did not make it? All is not lost! You can watch all the lectures on-line. Many outstanding speakers, who use the Reiss Motivation Profile in their everyday work, shared their knowledge and experience on motivating young people. Click and watch 🙂

The first conference prepared by practitioners and devoted to motivating young people is behind us.

The conference “Uskrzydlić orła” (“Give the Eagle Its Wings”) was held on 7 July 2017 at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Despite the summer holiday season and the beautiful weather, the turnout surpassed our expectations. The speakers shared their knowledge and experiences on how to work with young people and what really motivates the young generation.

Our guest of honour was Maggi Reiss from the USA, who visited Poland for the first time. In her speech, she presented the Reiss School Motivation Profile (RSMP) developed by her husband, Prof. Steven Reiss, to measure and analyse intrinsic motivation. Maggi presented examples of young people who had problems at school, explained where these came from and how to work with such people.

We would like to thank again our speakers, partners and participants for the contribution to this event.

We invite you to watch recordings of the lectures on our YouTube profile:
